Quick Update – W've secured a Boat!
5 months ago – Tue, Jan 19, 2021 at 07:54:00 AM

For US & Canada backers, a vessel has been secured with the RPG Squeezes currently scheduled to arrive to NY on February 20th. From there, they will need to clear customs, then get transferred on a truck to Savannah. After that, they will head to my warehouse.

Things can get hung up in customs, but I have already submitted all paperwork, fingers-crossed everything will go smoothly.

My best estimate is that we will start shipping in early March. There are a lot of orders and I will get them out as fast & accurately as possible.

Thanks!

IMPORTANT Production Update – Please Read
5 months ago – Sun, Jan 17, 2021 at 10:44:16 AM

Hello Trusty Backers!!!

Today is a good day! Production is complete and our logistics partner is scheduled to pick up the squishy goodness!

Before I get to anything else, this is important, 57 people have yet to fill out their Backerkit survey. Immediately following this update I am going to send a reminder email to those folks. Please check your junk/spam folder to make sure you are not one of them. Please fill that out by Monday.

Addresses will be locked Monday. This is especially important for anyone who does not live in the US or Canada. Squeezes that are going to the rest of the world will be shipped by air, which means they could actually reach our international fulfillment partner at the end of next week! If you are moving and need to update your address, now is the time.

US & Canada. Right now our logistics partner is working on securing us a spot on a vessel headed for the US. Things are swamped right now as Asia is preparing for Spring Festival/Chinese New Year and everyone is trying to get their products on a boat. As soon as I have confirmation that we are booked, along with an estimated arrival to the US, I will let you know.

Thanks for your patience, I know this is running a bit behind schedule.

Production Update 01/07/21 – Almost done
6 months ago – Thu, Jan 07, 2021 at 10:07:36 PM

Hello trusty backers!

Boxing of all items for the Kickstarter should be complete sometime towards the end of next week!!!

We should also have the testing certificate at the same time so they will be able to leave the factory!

Here are a few quick photos of items getting packed up.

Blank Cubes & Mimics
Blank Eyegors
Series 2

After next week I should have a better idea of when you should expect rewards to ship to you. For US & Canada orders, there will be a chunk of time as they get on a boat, make their way to the US, and then down to my warehouse. For the rest of the world, it should go a little faster, as the squeezes will be shipped by air to Ireland.

There will be some outlying factors as Covid is ramping up and impacting the world. I know where our international fulfillment center is, they are in week 1 of lockdown that is anticipated to last until the end of January or later. They said at the moment they are considered an essential service and operating like normal, but as you know things can change.

Thanks for being a part of this quest! I can't wait for you to get the squeezes in your hands!

Squishy Update 12/17/20
6 months ago – Fri, Dec 18, 2020 at 11:17:24 PM

Hello Trusty Backers!!!

Production is getting close to completion now with the squishies. Today they are sending samples off to an international testing facility to make sure the materials meet all of the standards to allow them to safely be sold in the US and the EU. That process takes about 15 days.

While they are being tested, the rest of the production should complete along with the packaging. All boxes arrived at the manufacturer, so they are ready to go.

I have some photos to share, but it is not letting me upload them for some reason... so I will share those on the next update.

As for when to expect your shipment. I need to wait until I find out the completion date and when they expect to get on a boat. I will have a better idea then. I was hoping for January, but my recent experiences with customs could throw that off.

I will update again in a week or two with more news, until then happy holidays!
